OUR STORY

Rinelli Vigneti was founded in 2020 in Affile (Rome), a small village nestled at 684 meters on the southern slope of the Affilani Mountains, surrounded by the Simbruini Mountains and bordered by the Aniene River. The idea is to reclaim abandoned vineyards to revive a forgotten viticultural heritage. The name Rinelli is the union of the surnames of the Ricci and Pettinelli families, symbolizing a project where each member contributes with passion, expertise, and creativity.

ENHANCEMENT OF THE TERRITORY

Affile represents an authentically mountainous viticulture, where altitudes, slopes, and cool microclimates give the grapes slow ripening, complex aromas, and high natural acidity. Constant ventilation and low yields, the result of careful manual work, allow for the production of elegant, fresh wines with a strong territorial identity. In this balance between nature and tradition lies the true enhancement of the Affile territory.

ENOLOGICAL INNOVATION:

The winery provides optimal conditions for precise winemaking. Stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels allow for controlled fermentations and excellent wine maturation, while modern tools monitor every phase up to bottling. In this balance between natural environment and technology, enological innovation enhances the characteristics of the grapes, creating wines that are harmonious, elegant, and deeply expressive of the region.

HEROIC VITICULTURE IN THE HEART OF LAZIO

Rinelli Vigneti is more than a company: it is a family story, with deep roots in the territory and respect for heroic viticulture, recognized by the Lazio Region for mountain cultivation. Each bottle tells the story of the hard but passionate work among the slopes, the white clays, and the authentic soul of Lazio.
