Wine production focuses on the vinification of Cesanese di Affile grapes and other varieties consistent with the mountainous territory. From harvest to fermentation, and through to aging, each phase takes place in controlled and monitored environments, fully respecting the naturalness and intrinsic characteristics of the grapes.
